Ease through Letting Go

Letting go. Taking just a minute, I imagine myself standing on the bank of a river watching the water flow. I noticed the fishures among the water lilies and a small boat close by. The boat is not tied down and is about to drift. I decide to place all worries, fears and anxieties in the boat and gently push it away. Watching the boat drift into the distance, I feel light and at ease, free and relaxed.

This gentle river meditation offers a beautiful space to emotionally release. As you place your worries in a drifting boat, your inner world becomes lighter and more open. You will feel free, unburdened, and deeply relaxed after experiencing this simple act of letting go…
