The big test is one week away. Whenever the student opens a book, the heart races and hands feel sweaty. “What if my mind goes blank in the exam hall?” keeps echoing.

Om Shanti.

Take a deep breath in… and gently breathe out. Relax your body.

Now once again, breathe in peace… and as you breathe out, let go of all the stress.

Now, gently close your eyes.

Allow yourself to enter a space of silence… a space of calm…

a space where you feel safe, strong, and focused. Just for a moment, see yourself… at the center of the forehead —

a shining star… a soul… master of this body.

Say softly within:

“I am powerful. I am not alone. God, my Supreme Teacher, is with me.”

This exam does not define me.

I am a powerful soul, full of wisdom and strength.

I remind myself — I have prepared with honesty.

And now I choose to let my mind become still.

Say gently within:

“I choose to be calm. I trust myself. I remember God, my Supreme Teacher. He is with me.”

Feel God's silent strength supporting you. Feel God's light… God's energy around you… calming your mind.

Now visualize yourself sitting in the exam hall.

You are confident. You are peaceful. You are focused.

You sit with ease. The questions are clear. Your answers flow easily.

You are in control. You feel calm.

Your mind is steady. Your energy is pure.

You trust yourself.

Now repeat softly in your mind:

“I am a peaceful soul. I am confident. I am prepared.

Success is natural for me.

God, my Supreme Teacher, is with me.”

Now take one more deep breath…

Smile gently… and return to the moment — calm, strong, and ready.

Om Shanti Shanti Shanti.
