Om Shanti.
Relaxation - To meditate, the first step is to relax your body and mind. Let us begin with moments of silence. I allow my body to completely relax, be comfortable, and mentally pack up all your thoughts. Watch them fade away. And take your mind On the shore of an ocean where this complete sweet silence. All you can see around you is the unlimited sky and the unlimited ocean.Touching each other at the horizon. The sight of the unlimited ocean. The birds flying in the sky over the ocean. They're relaxing my eyes. The sound of the waves of the ocean and the sound of the breeze in my ears. They relax my ears. My body is feeling relaxation and freshness. As the cool breeze coming over the ocean touches my body. The water of the ocean is touching my feet and my feet are relaxing. I feel closer to myself and closer to the nature in this sweet silence.
Concentration - As I relax myself. Next, I concentrate my thoughts on my own being. Gradually, I see myself standing beside the ocean. I see how I'm standing. I concentrate and try to focus on what I am wearing. What are the expressions on my face. And with this, I shift my focus inwards. My external appearance and the appearance of the same body from inside. They are so different. I concentrate on my body from inside. My eyes, my nose, ears, mouth, my brain, my heart, and all the essential organs. My skeleton, my blood vessels, everything from inside seems so different. Then what It looks from outside. I completely detach myself from the surroundings and I'm focused on my own being.
Contemplation - As I concentrate on my being. I try to understand myself completely. I contemplate on my own qualities. I ask myself who am I? Am I this body as it appears from outside? Is this what I am? Or am I this body? As it looks from within. Or am I the one who is watching my own body? This silence gives me space and time. To ask myself my own identity. Just like the ocean is vast, endless. Seems to have no beginning and a end. I am too an eternal being. With no beginning and no end. I feel myself detached and different from my surroundings and also from my own body.
Realisation - As I detach from my own body, I realize my true nature. I am a being of light, a divine point of light, seated at the center of the forehead in this body. I am Looking through these eyes. It is not the eyes that watch. I listen to all these sounds through these ears. I am not the ears that listen. I am not the brain that thinks. I the master of this body. I the point of light. I the divine energy. A soul. Use this body as an instrument as a costume. I am as pure as this ocean. I am an unlimited energy, an energy of peace, an energy of love. This is my true nature my true existence.
Meditation - As I realize my true nature, my true nature of peace, love, unlimited like an ocean. I situate myself. Being a source of peace on this earth. A source of love on this planet. My own father, the supreme being of light. The supreme soul is an ocean of peace, an ocean of pure love. His peace and love is my inheritance. I feel it within me. It is already in me. I need not search for it. I need not ask for it. The supreme light is showering his peace and love on me everywhere all the time. I absorb myself in these divine rays of peace and love, recharging myself. Becoming a radiator of peace and love for the world. I experience my own peace, love for myself, love for the supreme being, and love for each and every creation of the supreme.
